Fatt Ashes BBQ had high expectations for 2011, as it was our first season as a professional competition BBQ team. After claiming two Grand Champion wins and one Reserve Grand Champion win, our expectations and goals for the year have been far surpassed.

During our 2011 season, we have had the chance to meet some great people through the FBA and KCBS. We were also given the chance to compete against some of the greatest competition BBQ teams in the nation.
